We are urgent seeking customer service & call centre staff inbound and outbound to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following attributes; -
- Exceptional communication skills- both written and verbal -
- Experience in dealing with wide a range of customers -
- Clear and professional phone manner a must! - Exceptional time management and organisational skills -
- Confident, motivated and great personality, Previous experience taking phone enquiries bookings will be highly regarded
- Must be well spoken in English Language and any local dialects.
- Matric or it equivalent
No experience needed. Training will be provided. If you at least 1 year of solid experience in a similar customer service & sales experience. We are looking for an experienced or inexperience, energetic and confident employee to join our team.
Basic salary starts from R3500 to R10000 Per month depending on experience. Without experience earn from R3500 basic salary
