2 x EXPERIENCED site foreman site manager

We are a construction and property development company that is rapidly expanding and require 2
x EXPERIENCED site foreman / site manager and Our work is spread all over the Western Cape but
currently mainly in the Paarl and Wellington areas.
Employee requirements
Minimum of 5-10 years experience in building residential homes, Must be able to manage multiple
sites , GOOD understanding of all construction trades, Understanding of JBCC contracts a big
advantage, Good communication skills,Must be able to read and understand drawings, We will
offer the suitable candidates between R15 000 - R30 000 CTC, Salary depending on experience.
Your CV must indicate your last 2-05 years work experience and what salary you commanded.
