Job description
As part of our continual contribution to the I/O Psychological profession, we will be offering an internship opportunity during 2024.
As an IOP intern, you will deliver assessment solutions and related projects to our clients, working as part of a
team of seasoned I/O Psychologists.
You will be trained to use cutting-edge, best-of-breed instruments and assessment technologies in the provision of
professional services. Our interns are expected to liaise and support senior consultants, conduct basic job analyses, write proposals and assessment reports, assist with client and candidate queries and provide basic administrative support.
In this role, you will be able to complete your IOP internship under the supervision of a Senior I/O Psychologist.
The internship will commence on 2 January 2024 and end on 31 December 2024. During, or at the completion of your internship, you may have the opportunity to apply for a Junior Consultant position with TTS should a vacancy be available.
It will be to your advantage if you have completed your Masters degree and have at least two years of working experience. As a minimum requirement to apply you must be in the process of completing your second year of your Industrial Psychology Masters degree and must be able to submit your final research dissertation by the first quarter of 2024.
We expect applicants to complete online psychometric assessments as part of the screening process. Shortlisted
applicants will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at our offices in Pretoria.
