@Uptime provide white label Staff Augmentation, IT Support and NOC services to MSPs enabling them to extend the services they can offer their customers. This role involves working with a leading US based MSP.
Training and development are in our core values.
These roles are US - Eastern time. Various shifts available
Responsibilities
Providing 2nd Line support to a large client base (SME). Being able to act as a skilled point of escalation is key. An MSP background is preferred.
Skills
- MS Windows Server: 2012, 2016, 2019.
- Microsoft 365.
- Azure & Azure AD.
- Microsoft 365.
- MS Exchange 2010 and above.
- Remote Desktop Server implementations.
- Networking - VLANs, Routers / Bridging.
- Security - Firewalls such as SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco.
- Endpoint protection, AV
- Security best practices.
- Virtualisation Hyper V & VMware.
- Backups.
- Flexible hybrid / remote working patterns.
