REGISTERED NURSES
DEPARTMENT: MEDICAL ICU / HIGHCARE / CT ICU / PICU
JOB GRADE: C3
The minimum requirements are:
- Be a Registered Nurse, registered with the SA Nursing Council
- Must be trained to worked in an ICU
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good decision making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Must be able to work as part of a team
The duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide quality nursing care
- Identify problems and determine appropriate action
- Actively participate in sustaining effective doctor, staff and patient relationships
- Actively participate as a team member to assist in the completion of tasks
