6 months Contract Quality Assessor Inbound / Sales
A top internationally BPO is urgently looking for Call Centre Quality Assessor to join our dynamic team!
The main function of this role is to drive performance and be fully accountable for deliverables, while meeting quality operational standards. Ensuring professional, polite, friendly and efficient service is offered at all times as well as following up with team leaders on corrective action and escalating where necessary.
Non Negotiable requirements – Non negotiable
- 6 to 12 month’s previous Quality Assessor experience.
- 6 to 12 month’s previous retail contact Centre experience.
- 6 to 12 month’s previous Telesales experience.
- An excellent command of English
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
