We are now looking for 27 debt collector call centre staff to join our team.
These positions will involve conducting detailed conversations with business owners and individuals about their specific financial situation. You will be required to seek out the most suitable solution for both the customer and client.
What you need to be considered:
- Relevant experience working in a collections or debt recovery role
- Without Experience are welcome. We provide training
- Relevant experience working in a call centre or customer focused role
- Commitment to your role - reliability is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think logically
- Attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate
- Able to work roster hours - Monday - Friday
Without experience will earn R3600 per Month. With experience will received R10000 but be very good with our product sales
