Owner of BTS (Brewery Treatment System) KPI's for the Zone (weekly/monthly/annual monitoring and tracking)

Develops the BTS Budget for the Zone (1YP, 3YP, and Financial)

Prepares BTS update for monthly Zone/Global performance review deck

Partners with Zone Procurement Team to understand and identify BTS rate opportunities

Develops and drives strategic initiatives for BTS improvements in the zone

Identifies and cascades BTS best practices within the zone

Supports the TD TIF (Technical Innovation Factory) through idea identification and adoption

Assists with CAPEX project identification, scoping, approval, and commisioning for BTS projects

Develops standards and policies for BTS systems, including process technical specifications (PTS)

Supports and drives BTS safety procedures for the zone

Owner of BTS GOP's - tracks plant progress, provides clarification and drives plant improvement plans

Oversees training and training development for BTS for Zone

Participates with others in the ZBS E&F team to perform E&F plant focus trips

Partners with E&F VPO Specialist to drive VPO Natural Resources Block improvments in the zone
