- Manage and oversee the overall operation of the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) team
- Started campaigns and trained and recruited staffs
- Client management and interfacing
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and adherence to SLAs
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance targets
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance customer experience
- Educational Specialization: Project Management
- Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management and Operation Management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO industry
- Experience in managing teams and driving performance
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in handling client interactions and building relationships
