Customer Service Job Description
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing information about products and services, guiding customers through the purchase process.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Monitoring customer accounts, handling billing inquiries, and processing payments.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
Desired Experience
  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry and products/services.
  • Experience with handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Experience in resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional service.

Customer Service

Requirements

Must be South African citizen

Must have Grade 12

Must be Credit & Crim clear (Debt must not be more than R5000)

Must be able to type 25wpm with 90% accuracy to pass assessment

Must have Customer Service background

International (US/UK) Background would be a plus

Have neutral accent
