Job Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks related to customer inquiries, order processing, and sales documentation.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via email or phone and provide appropriate information or redirect to sales representatives.
- Monitor and track sales activities, performance metrics, and generate reports for sales team analysis.
- Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials or sales collateral.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Experience working in a technology or software company is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
