Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities | Customer service and retention action: Make use of the Financial Needs Analysis tool (standardized format) provided to conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client Discuss various possible solutions and options available with the client and thereafter recommend the most appropriate solution(s) to address any gaps

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
