An exciting opportunity exists for a Payroll Administrator to join our team.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification
- Matric
- 2 years payroll processing
- 1 year time and attendance
- Advanced MS office knowledge
- Advanced Payroll systems knowledge (SAGE VIP)
- Integrity of new staff on VIP system
- Ensure New Employee starter packs are received from relevant managers and are completed correctly and that no documents are outstanding before capturing the information on the system.
- Capture the information provided on VIP system.
- Capture all deductions relating to the relevant departments and employees.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Ensure all staff are paid within the agreed timeline and perform monthly payment reconciliations.
- Create, amend, and maintain ESS groups to standard format.
- Using the workflow in progress report and following up the relevant managers to approve outstanding leave transactions.
- Accurately upload New Employee information and salary package in the payroll system
- Assist with Provident Fund withdrawal Forms and ensure all information has been filled out.
- Ensure all input sheets are saved on the server in the relevant folder.
- Support the Payroll Officer and Payroll Manager with any queries relating to payroll department
