- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Understand client strategic business positioning and roadmap being able to proactively solution to their requirements.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Seek new business opportunities within existing clients.
- Present Nutun and their solutions to potential clients. Generate awareness and preference for the business and its services. Work with the marketing team to develop
- and send promotional material, create thought leadership articles, attend and present at business forums and events, build relationships with business associations, etc.
- Work with internal Nutun teams to customise product solutions to increase / improve client satisfaction.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Report to Snr Executive/s on a regular basis (weekly /monthly /quarterly) to present sales pipeline opportunities and status.
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
- Gather useful information from client and competitor data.
- Examine legal agreements to ensure details are clear. Identify, re-negotiate or opt-out windows and request changes prior to signed agreement.
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
- Close new business opportunities for the company.
- Make recommendations on which opportunities Nutun should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.
- Develop growth strategies that focused on both financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining business development strategies.
- Work with support team to prepare proposals, profiles, presentation, new business estimates and business development reports.
- Relevant Qualification
- 8 - 10 years Collections / Contact Centre sales & account / client management experience
- Experience with business development
- Experience with outsource collections and recoveries preferable
- Solid Experience in proposing and delivering solutions
- Solid experience with: Business development, prospecting, sales conversion, monitoring performance targets, sales pipeline funnel management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, organised, flexible.
- Project management.
- Prepared to take ownership and responsibility for various products, targets and strategic initiatives. Driven, ambitious and have the aptitude to learn quickly within a dynamic team
