RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of client performance to ensure their goals are being met.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow.
- A background in optometry or healthcare is a plus, but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
