We have an amazing opportunity for a mid level Account Manager based at our Midrand office to join our growing team and work with some of the world's leading brands.
We are looking for a hands-on, customer-centric, target-driven Account Manager, who has a passion for delivering customer delight and growing market share.
The successful Account Manager will not be afraid to get their hands dirty and walk the hard yards when necessary in order to achieve the best outcome for our clients and our business.

Key accountabilities:
- Fostering customer relationships to deliver the best possible outcome for all
- Meeting sales performance targets (commercial KPIs)
- Excellence in Account Management and delivery of great customer service
- Understanding the world of BTL and (preferably) in-store marketing; Point of Purchase ( POP)
- Account planning and management
- Stakeholder management
- Managing briefs from concept to completion
- Performance Reporting (commercial)
- B. Comm Marketing or Business Science or similar Tertiary Business/ Sales & Marketing qualification
- 3-5 years experience in an B2B Account Management role in retail marketing industry
- Experience in team dynamics (has worked as part of team environment / cross functional teams)
- Understanding of and ability to do market research (competitors, clients, landscape etc)
- Well-spoken and well-written
- P.O.S / display selling (advantageous)
- Analytical, organised and comfortable with managing tasks and process adherence
- Strong with administration within the sales process and customer management
- A firm understanding of commerce (the sales world)
- Agency experience of managing blue chip accounts
