Account Manager
Our client offers 4 services to their client:
- Telemarketing sales lead generation which is our core business
- LinkedIn lead generation
- Email marketing
- Database building and cleaning
This includes:
- Liaison with our administrators (CRM system, etc) to set up campaigns
- Liaison with telemarketing to allocate their hours and provide feedback
- Liaison with clients before, during and at the end of campaigns
- Running data counts and data manipulation on either Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator for campaign target list building
- Liaising with with our data builders in India
- Working with our LinkedIn automation platform for client campaigns
- Analysis of campaigns on an ongoing basis to maximise performance
- Producing daily, weekly and end of campaign reporting
Initiative, analytical skills, and excellent client-facing skills are key facets of this role and the candidate must be able to demonstrate these.
The candidate must therefore have a good appreciation of client marketing activity that is ongoing and be able to interrogate and analyse data from our CRM system to be able to evaluate performance.
The role of performance management has a significant impact on client retention and for growing client revenue. The Telemarketing Operations Manager is also responsible for recruiting new telemarketers and for developing telemarketing skills and expertise within the team across the UK working from home, or abroad.
We have telemarketers in the UK, South Africa, France, and partner agencies in SA, Hungary, and Spain with which we work. Its likely that the account manager may also help with periodic telemarketer recruitment.
They must also be prepared to attend client teleconferences to review progress.
GSA uses FiveCRM which is an excellent CRM system. This produces the bulk of our client reporting
Personal attributes essential for the role:
- 3+ years experience within a b2b Marketing operation
- Experience of managing client-facing campaigns and motivating performance in a sales environment ideally in particular a phone-based sales team.
- Having had some personal telemarketing experience or a sales role would be valuable.
- Target and results orientated in order to deliver against client expectations and growth targets
- A problem solving approach and the skills to undertake analysis to drive decisions
- Analytical skills to review campaign Key Performance Indicators for client review meetings / calls and telemarketer performance management
- The capability to multi-task and plan workload efficiently
- A consultancy approach to client service delivery
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent personal presentation (both face to face and on the phone)
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- Native English and excellent written and spoken English
