Account Manager

Our client is looking for someone to help grow their business in the RSA region. As an Account Manager, you will be expected to liaise with an already existing book of clients, grow and develop relationships as well as foster new client relationships, ultimately aimed at generating sales and achieving revenue goals for the business and in doing so earning commission with a lucrative commission structure.

Engaging with brands and agencies will be your key go to market strategy, solving business challenges with their solutions. A great deal of importance is focused on explaining technical capabilities in a simple and concise way.

Requirements
  • Education: Knowledge of Marketing, Sales development, CRM management,
  • Previous Experience: 1-3 years in sales, knowledge or experience in conceptual and solution selling
  • Interests: Technology social media trends, and staying updated on industry news, eager to know more.
  • Personality Traits: Outgoing, personable, adaptable, and creative highly driven by success and self improvement, receptive to open feedback
  • Beneficial: Has worked with media agencies before, not looking to hop around and could potentially provide the business 2 years.

Commission Structure
  • 4% commission on every sale that is made
  • 2% additional commission if a person achieves their monthly target
  • 2% additional commission if a person achieves their quarterly target
  • This means a team member can earn up to 8% once they have achieved a quarterly target. Some Ts & Cs
