We're hiring an Account Manager for our Pioneer Seed Business in the Mpumalanga region!

We are looking for a dynamic and sharp sales professional in the seed industry to drive commercial growth, cultivate strong relationship with key clients, and ensure seamless delivery.
Your Challenge
- Implement and execute a solid Territory Plan (Business Plan) on how you will achieve your targets. Make sure every team member understand their responsibility.
- Follow new sales leads; visiting existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization; assess customer needs and provide appropriate products and services; respond to more complex customer inquiries; negotiate business deals within limits of authority (DOA); and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Direct involvement with Key Account management & value-added service.
- Establish good financial payment terms. Manage Debtor's collection process for your sales area.
- Use Sales Effectiveness tools to track regular progress on metrics (Con, Pen & Ret)
- Manage and coach your entire group of sales agents to achieve your revenue and sales targets. AM must communicate important info / business strategies to your teams.
Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (with commercial subjects) or Bachelors degree in commerce (with experience in agriculture and communication)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management within seed business
- Excellent communications skills, proficient in client engagement and building interpersonal relationships.
- Skilled in leading and motivating a team of high performer sales professionals
- Available to frequent travel during work time
