Our client, the leading alternate telecoms operator provide voice, data and collaboration services throughout South Africa, are appointing ACCOUNT MANAGERS for both their SME and Corporate Divisions.
Blum & Hofmeyr would like to interview and assess you for this position if you have a stable track record in ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND SELLING TELECOMMUNICATIONS SOLUTIONS including alternative voice solutions, data access and ISP services, cloud services, PBX and Telephony Management Services to SMES / SMBS and / or Corporates.
Responsibilities For This Position Include
- Increasing revenue via new business generation at existing customers within the SME market / Corporate Sector.
- Consistently meeting sales targets for the full suite of Telecom Solutions.
- Establish relationships at the Customer site to ensure service levels are met and clients retained.
- Constantly ensure that customers service levels are maintained.
- Facilitating new business at existing clients
- Managing the client relationships.
- Drafting of Account Plans
- Candidate Requirements:
- A proven track record of Sales and Account Management in the Telco environment within the SME and or Corporate sector.
- In depth product knowledge of consumer telecommunications solutions that include voice solutions, data access, ISP services, cloud services, PBX and telephony management systems.
- Possess an uncompromising attitude towards service delivery.
- Experienced in generating relationships with Enterprise Corporates, government organisations, SMEs and Corporates
- Own reliable vehicle and holder of a valid drivers license
- Grade 12 with university entrance
- An excellent communicator
- Dynamic / Professional / Self-motivated
