General
- The Account manager shall perform and exercise all such duties in relation to the business of the Company as may from time to time be vested in or assigned to him/her by the Company.
- The Account manager shall comply with all directives from time to time given to him/her by the Company and with all policies, rules and regulations from time to time laid down by the Company.
- The Account Manager shall undergo / attend any training or other courses that the Company in its sole discretion may require from time to time.

- Take full responsibility for Teams behaviors including target setting, KPI monitoring and reporting to the customer management team.
- Consult with the Sales Director and Key Account Manager to ensure account management support as negotiated and agreed, is fully met.
- Monitor Site Account Manager activities and build strong relationships with the Customer Site
- Manage team through regular meetings and on-site discussions
- Consult with the Key Account Manager and Regional/Global Application Experts ensuring gaps are closed through the implementation of application practices and procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews of staff based at the relevant sites and set goals and KPIs in line with customer and /or contract requirements.
- KPIs :Manage Technicians and Operators ensuring tasks are completed on time-in-full and KPIs for each position
- Track usages and manage Capped spend and Project charters
- Prepare presentation material for delivery during site Management meetings ensuring all aspects of account management is covered and data is reflected in a way that fully explains current status ,areas for improvement and progress against agreed objectives
- Ensure full compliance with the contract specific Score Card ensuring all deviations are corrected and corrective action fully implemented
- Work intensely and directly on application expertise and execution delivery Problem solving and Innovation (Trials, projects initiation and implementation).
- Monitor and manage OWS
- Effectively provide account management and ongoing service, support, and sales development to AB InBev .
- Liaise with TCS to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts.
- Ensure reports and other tracking mechanisms are in place and data is accurately recorded and presented to the customer Management team.
- Ensure scorecard meetings are held on time
- Manage on site staff compliment ensuring all incumbents adhere to customer and company policies and procedures. Hold disciplinary enquiries when required.
- Ensure all SIO's raised against Diversey are closed out, and to ensure that preventative measures are put in place.
- Monitor and record chemical consumptions against target and TCO
- Monitor and report chemical losses so as to not exceed capped spend
- Monitor and track project progress
- Ensure all site requirements are met for projects and that there is alignment between Diversey and customer
- Arrange HAZOPs and meetings for project teams
- Submit quotations to grow business/increase revenue
- Follow up and track quotations
- Track and update Project charters
- Ensure TCS forms are filled in for TCS requests
- Track payments from ABINBEV(GRN)
- Ensure SPPs are responded to
- Manage and monitor overtime
- Manage roster and send out to customer
- Monitor the operators clock in and clock out times
- Prepare the consolidated reports for Diversey
- Monitor the stock control and stock reports to the customer every weekend
- Send out chemical usage report to the customer
