Account Manager

Account Manager
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, influencer marketing and social media marketing
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team to implement effective social media campaigns for clients
  • Providing operational and strategic input in existing and new accounts for the successful execution of projects
  • Detail- and results-oriented
  • Good project management skills
  • Experience running multiple high-level accounts simultaneously
  • Capable at people management and client service (at all levels)
  • Management of internal teams to achieve client objectives
  • Preparing custom presentations and feedback reports
  • Assisting in putting together and overseeing photo/video shoots with a passion for content creation
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key influencers and content creators
  • Budget management (end-to-end)
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry and sharing this knowledge with team/peers
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for and experience with high-end brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for the nuances of luxury marketing and a keen understanding of the prestige and sophistication of this sector

The campaigns being rolled out are some of the most interesting work in this space. Its a tight, driven team. TILT works hard, but that work is exciting, stimulatingand takes content and communication in a bold new direction.
 
Requirements
  • Relevant B degree, with 3+ years relevant experience in comms, advertising or social media, influencer marketing, campaign management and/or marketing sales
  • Solution-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Sales ability / target-driven
  • Nimble / adaptable
  • Resourceful / inventive
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
