- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelors Degree or similar.
- 3 years account or general administration experience preferably in a FMCG environment.
- 5+ years supply chain experience.
Set Customer Strategy
- Set strategy for the designated area of responsibility based on company and customer objectives.
- Obtain sign-off across the business on the strategy.
- Implement key KPIs in line with the strategy.
- Set key KPIs for customers in line with business strategy.
- Review customer KPIs monthly to ensure customer and Company compliance with key KPIs.
- Drive opportunities to build strategic partnerships through the identification of collaboration opportunities.
- Manage internal business functions against agreed KPIs.
- Manage customer queries and concerns as they arise.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within the area of responsibility.
- Match Company business capabilities to customers needs by identifying service solutions.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to guide commercial discussions and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Implement rate reviews and increases as needed to ensure the profitability of the area of responsibility.
