Role Responsibilities
- Looking after existing customers and supporting the sales staff with new accounts.
- Ensuring that customers are successful and satisfied with the software.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the customers.
- Liaising with decision makers and architects to disseminate and communicate the value and to explain how the software fits their requirements.
- Shaping and leading consulting engagements with organisations.
- Relevant Masters or Ph.D Degree is essential
- Experience in the data arena - big data and BI
- Successful experience operating in a sales or pre-sales environment.
- A high level of commercial awareness is essential.
- Strong technical background, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and strong presentational capabilities.
- Experience in the following:
