Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Manage the account daily (manage a project from start to finish)
Manage day-to-day client briefs
Implement effective timely communications by applying agreed agency processes and procedures
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (client and agency) to deliver effective client service
In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the client's business, including competitors activities
Co-ordinate and prepares for meetings and presentations
Create accurate compressive briefs and implementation of project timelines
Compile contact reports, weekly status, monthly report etc.
Sound financial management- ensuring campaigns are completed within client budget
Keep abreast on advertising trends within industry best practice
Qualification/Skill/Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Advertising / Communication
Proficient in Office 365 (i.e. Word/Excel/OneDrive/SharePoint etc.)
At least 2 years working experience as an Account Manager in a TTL Advertising Agency
A good and thorough understanding of the agency & creative process
ATL, TTL & Digital experience is essential
Experience working on Workbook (advantageous)
Experience working on a retail accounts
A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to multitask (ability to work across multiple briefs at any given time)
