Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are up-to-date on products, services, and support offerings.
- Work with partners to develop joint business plans, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve it.
- Provide regular training and support to partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to sell offers effectively.
- Monitor partner performance and work with them to address any issues or challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, offer marketing, and line of business to ensure we are delivering products and services that meet the needs of our partners and their customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, particularly in the areas of IOT, power management, and building automation systems.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and build relationships with potential partners.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, and/or electrical engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IOT, power management
- Strong understanding of the channel partner business model and the ability to develop and execute joint business plans with partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues or challenges.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
