Account Manager – Power Management System Integrator Channel Partners & Building Management Systems

An experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to oversee and manage channel partners who are system integrators for our multinational company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are up-to-date on products, services, and support offerings.
  • Work with partners to develop joint business plans, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve it.
  • Provide regular training and support to partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to sell offers effectively.
  • Monitor partner performance and work with them to address any issues or challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, offer marketing, and line of business to ensure we are delivering products and services that meet the needs of our partners and their customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, particularly in the areas of IOT, power management, and building automation systems.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and build relationships with potential partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, and/or electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IOT, power management
  • Strong understanding of the channel partner business model and the ability to develop and execute joint business plans with partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues or challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
