- Be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the Recruitment division’s sales forecasts
- and plans
- Responsible for attaining and achieving sales targets
- Monitor budget achievement
- Keep updated with clients’ personnel requirements
- Maintain a sufficient client and candidate database
- Build and maintain client and candidate relations
- Prepare information for and attend weekly and monthly staff meetings
- Undertake promotional and marketing work for the Company
- Advise in the procurement and placement of staff at clients of DLK
- Sourcing potential clients
- Conducting Interviews
- Answer enquiries from employers and job seekers about the consultancy's services and
- provide information on current job vacancies
- Complete any relevant documentation
- Administration duties, completion of tender documents
- Negotiating contracts
- Headhunting
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
- Organizing interviews and selection events
- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
- Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
Job Specifications:
- be computer literate (Word/Excel). NQF level 4 min qualification (matric)
A Degree/diploma advantageous
- Previous management/supervisory and/or industry knowledge essential
- Experience in a sales environment advantageous
- Must be willing to travel as part of the job requires regular client and site visits

- Must be able to work well under pressure and possess initiative
