Overview
UK based cloud telecoms specialist with a rapidly growing team requires a confident and experienced Account Manager with a flair for service.
You will be required to build on new business acquisition and manage the aftersales process.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed grade 12
Tertiary certificate/ qualification would be an advantage
2 + years’ experience in telephonic sales or account management within the telecommunications/ ICT sector
Own transport or reliable lift essential due to working hours being aligned to the UK (09:30 – 18:30 and 10:30 – 19:30)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, retain and grow revenue in line with the company’s growth targets against an assigned set of accounts
Build and execute a contact strategy and plan for each partner based on their requirements
Build strong relationships with decision makers across the accounts
Act as a single point of contact for queries or issues, and liaise with the relevant internal department to bring them to a swift conclusion
Proactively identify cross and upselling opportunities and work with the relevant departments to win business
Develop the skills and knowledge required to sell the full suite of products and services in accordance with end user requirements
