Account Specialist

- Gather necessary information from client or insurer for renewal and analyse renewal terms from market
- Prepare quote comparison (quoting slip) and follow up with client regarding renewal instructions
- Request and process invoices
- Issues and queries escalated to client executive prior to final documents sent to client
- 3-5 years' experience in general insurance
- Diploma or university degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fully FAIS and RE compliant
- Excellent understanding of corporate general insurance
- Fluency in Afrikaans is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
