Responsible for completing all Management accounts, Supervising staff, as well as Managing controls in the Administration Department.

Key Objectives
Prepare weekly and monthly accounts and report on variances
Prepare forecasts
Daily sales reporting
Prepare general ledger reconciliations
Maintain accurate fixed assets register
Compiling of Budget
Review and 1st authorization of payments
Cash management and bank reconciliations
Audit policies and procedures
Compile annual insurance declarations
Annual cost investigation
Monitoring of wage processing and payment
Training and development of financial team
Prepare capital expenditure motivations
Cost control
Implementing & maintaining 20 keys and INVOCOM in Administration
Responsible for Internal controls
Controlling debtors and creditors
Assist in problem solving (systems)
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 and appropriate 3 years diploma/degree in accounting would be an advantage
Minimum 5 Years Experience In An Accounting Position
Knowledge of accounting packages, Windows and Excel
Interpersonal skills
