PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Management Accounts
a) Prepare management accounts on a monthly basis.
b) Statutory returns for all companies should be submitted by the applicable deadline date (SARS VAT and PAYE).
c) Cost centre reporting for properties in order to ascertain the profitability of each unit/property.
d) Review of the update of the current municipal costs for all properties on a monthly basis. This information should be updated and reviewed on a monthly basis.
e) Update investor returns and payments on and monthly basis.
f) Perform monthly variance analysis on cost centre reports.
g) Review that all rentals charged are in accordance to lease agreements in place and head lease agreements where applicable.
h) Reconcile all movements on balance sheet accounts for the different companies on a monthly basis.
· Audit
a) Ensure all companies are ready for Annual Audits by end of February annually
· Staff Management
a) Establish Performance Objectives in consultation with the finance manager for all direct subordinates.
· Contract Management
a) Establishing a contract register for all the companies with the start, end date as well as the contract price. Monitor contracts
due for renewal in order to negotiate terms or establish if the contracts are still required.
b) Review insurance contracts to ensure asset values match insured values
· Revenue Collection
a) Ensure effective collection of rentals from properties under management
REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE):·
B. Com Accounting/Honours.·
Professional designation will be an added advantage.·
Highly knowledgeable of Caseware and Pastel systems·
Candidate should have served articles. REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
- Salary Market related (negotiable according to qualifications and work experience).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 08H00 till 16H30.
- Permanent Position.
PHARMACIST ASSISTANT (POST BASIC) POSITION: RESPONSIBILITIES:· To assist Pharmacists in the dispensing and issuing of drugs and stock in accordance with scope of practice and professional rules of the Pharmacy Council. REQUIREMENTS:· Post basic Pharmacist Assistant.· Current registration with SAPC as a Pharmacist Assistant.· At least one (1) year experience in a Retail Pharmacy.· Two (2) or more years’ experience in a Private Hospital setting is highly recommendable.· Knowledge of Medical Aid’s rules, policies etc. will be advantageous.· Computer literacy in all applications of MS Office is recommendable. REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
