We are a very small start up business in the Epping area looking for someone to set up our financial/accounting systems. We are simply too busy at present to implement this system ourselves and therefore, we are requesting the assistance of someone well experienced in this area of expertise.
Job requiremnets:
- This position is open to all with the required skills and experience but would suit a retired or semi retired person to implement the system, train our staff and monitor progress over a 3 to 6 month period with varying levels of activity per day - so part time work may also be considered.
- We envisage utilising Pastel and therefore, the person must have excellent experience in Pastel Accounting Software and Mac OS.
- Invoice control (Creditors, Debtors, book-keeping functions, banking etc)
- Payroll, payslips and mandatory deductions control
- Income statement/balance sheet preparation
- Asset management
- Inventory control
- HR control (contracts, leave, expenses etc)
