Reporting to: Group Finance director
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Prepare all monthly Management accounts, including P&L and SOFP
- Take care of all Creditors input & reconciliations – both local & foreign
- Take care of all creditor payments – both local & foreign
- Check and process customer credit notes
- Prepare all monthly and annual reporting requirements to Holding Company
- Manage all intercompany reconciliations to Holding Company
- Prepare & submit VAT returns
- Manage provisional tax estimates and payments
- Review income tax returns to be submitted by tax consultants
- Manage approvals for foreign loans
- Liaise with local banks on any issues
- Manage all other statutory requirements
- Handle reconciliations as required by auditors and process of all entries
- Manage cashflow requirements
- Handle Bank reconciliations
- Prepare annual financial budgets
Candidate’s Profile:
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company
- Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Degree in Accounting or Finance

Compensation and Benefits
- Office hours (position based in Johannesburg - Randburg): Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Salary will depend on the candidate’s experience
- Vacation days: 20 business days
