What you'll do
- You will report to the Accounting Supervisor to contribute towards accurate processing of accounts payable invoices for one or more entities
- You will process staff expenses for one or more entities
- You will assist with accounts payable related month end accruals
- You will prepare weekly payment runs within Oracle and online banking system
- You will reconcile creditor accounts to supplier statements
- You will reconcile balance sheet accounts to supporting schedules
- You will process purchase order requests

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior AP experience essential
- Prior work knowledge of Oracle essential (relevant experience within the last 2 years)
- Multi-currency experience advantageous
- Experience MS Excel
- Online banking experience
