Job responsibilities:
- Admin Assistant to Operations Manager
- Processing and capturing of company data and information
- Capturing invoices and credit notes
- Petty Cash
- Debtors and Creditors Analysis
- Stock control
- Admin and filing
- Basic reception duties
Job requirements:
- Matric: Good math’s and accounting marks
- Excellent computer skills- MS Excel, Word, Outlook,
- Well versed with Excel, (proficient with vlookup/sumif etc)
- Pastel accounting
- High attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Analytical skills
- Able to meet deadlines and be innovative
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
