- Kerridge Commercial Systems is the leading specialist supplier of fully integrated ERP systems and related services to niche vertical markets in the wholesale and retail distribution, logistics and service sectors.

- This role will take responsibility for the cash postings of all trading companies.
- Working as part of the accounting team to ensure all bank accounts reconciled in accordance with the month-end timetable
- Day to day oversight of all bank accounts
- Cash allocation
- Bank Recs
- Interdivisional reallocation and reconciliation
- Foreign exchange reconciliation and postings
- Payment set up
- Maintenance of the Credit Card programmes including cost allocations
- Work with the Treasury Manager on the Group Cashflow Forecast
- Various ad-hoc tasks for example UAT testing of system upgrades
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience within a fast-paced finance team
- Experience of managing multiple bank accounts and multiple entities and currencies
- Comfortable working with a team spread across multiple sites
- Excellent IT skills including Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at varying levels in the organisation
- Ability to work well within challenging environments
- Familiar or confident working in a matrix organisation
