This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator the role involves the processing of accounting transactions to ensure the accuracy, integrity and completeness of the accounting records and reporting for the world-wide group.

Job specification
  • Supporting the processing of supplier invoices.
  • Post journal entries
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Assist with weekly and monthly payments preparation
  • Liaising with stakeholders in dealing with queries
  • Ensure transactions are approved and has PO
  • Allocating invoices to the correct expense account
  • Any other AP duties required
Skills Required:
  • A Diploma or degree and a minimum of 1 year experience in Finance
  • Familiar with Microsoft office products particularly excel and outlook
  • Experience with Workday (Advantage)
  • Strong numerical and communication skills
