Technical Test Analyst (Tax)

Our client is seeking a Technical Test Analyst with tax experience to ensure the comprehensive quality assessment of all solutions through rigorous functional and non-functional testing to align with requirements, fostering sustainable business solution quality.

Responsibilities And Deliverables

Oversee end-to-end manual and automated testing for business solutions, rigorously evaluating functionality, performance, reliability, stability, compatibility, and integration with legacy and external systems.
Conduct thorough testing gap analysis to bridge requirements with existing environments accurately.
Craft clear, precise user stories with accurately defined acceptance criteria.
Establish and enforce quality benchmarks in sprint meetings, ensuring their attainment.
Document comprehensive test plans, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and outcomes.
Develop artifacts for test automation.
Execute and maintain both manual and automated regression tests consistently.
Showcase deliverables to pertinent stakeholders.
Uphold the agreed-upon quality standard consistently.
Mitigate team defects by ensuring high code quality from the outset.
Facilitate and empower User Acceptance Testing.
Foster collective ownership for testing initiatives.
Drive ongoing evolution of Quality Assurance within the designated business sector.

Qualifications, Experience, And Skills

Minimum: Diploma in Information Technology.
Preferred: BSc/IT degree.
Preferred knowledge in investments.
Minimum of 5 years' testing experience with at least 2 years in software automation testing.
Exposure to diverse IT projects utilizing various testing tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
