Responsibilities:
- Supports in the delivery of Programmatic campaigns
- Applies daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver campaign budgets and performance
- Builds/Delivers end of campaign evaluations in which campaign performance data is translated into
- key learnings for the agency and/or the client. The trader can select the right KPI's and trends /
- insights for this campaign-end evaluation and can distil next steps for future campaigns
- Creates Programmatic tactical plans with a focus on driving brand awareness
- Troubleshoots campaigns set up, tag management, brand safety set up, performance and pace fluctuations
- Works closely with Account Managers to set up campaigns across various platforms
- Manages the time management flow, from delivery of creative assets to setup the campaigns on
- time"
- Works directly with the internal media team to ensure all tracking is in place and mapping correctly
- and continuously monitor campaigns to ensure everything is serving correctly
- Coordinates with the internal Media team to aid in identifying, reporting and resolving technical
- issues
- Provides detailed weekly revenue forecasts and responds to billing enquiries for all monthly
- performance activity
- Provides the 'technical expertise' needed to communicate with the client and explain campaign
- progress / address any blocking issues
- Builds campaign proposals including a set of tactics matching with the overall goal of the advertiser
- Exports data from the ad server interface and combines it in a correct way with DSP data points if
- needed
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the Programmatic ecosystem, keeping up to date with new ad technology functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific
- technology
- Contributes to updating best practices and offers insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness
- Offers consultative ideas to the Operation, Account and Commercial team to help them with
- pitching new business, improving campaign"
- Raises issues to management and helps management to solve these issues
- Acts as the role example function of the team
- Ensures that the KPIs of the campaigns are achieved and, together with the director', is
- responsible for achieving a high customer satisfaction score
- Works closely with display team, client services, strategy and others to execute clients'
- strategic plans and provide best in class solutions
- Works to collaboratively translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results
- Leads creative services initiatives including creative specifications and competitive analysis
- Builds strong relationships across other teams. Assists with meetings as needed"
- Supports a culture of operational excellence in all client operations processes and activities.
- Supports the team in running analysis and problem-solving sessions to improve day-to-day work and support in resolving issues with the broader business
- Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers, including digital agencies and partners
- Develops key media owner and senior client relationships to enhance our offering
- Ensure that relevant systems are in place and actively contributes to effective communication
- within the team and with others across the team.
- Uphold a positive working culture, ensuring the organization is recognized for maintaining a strong reputation with all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by specialists.
- Attend key client meetings with campaign managers.
- Drive effective collaboration across account manager teams.
- Integrate and articulate digital thinking, platforms and solutions within the planning teams
- Establish innovative shared strategy products and processes.
