Admin and Receptionist

Currently seeking a young, friendly and well-presented receptionist for a permanent receptionist post within the Heriotdale area. Must be available to start early November 2019 and must preferably reside within the surrounding area. Must have own transport as this is an inherent requirement to run errands for business Must have good communication skills Must have good typing skills Must have experience with excel Experience with Syspro will be a major advantage (Candidates with this will be considered first) 1-2 years’ experience within a similar role Handle a switchboard with +- 30 extensions Greet walk in customers and visitors Preparing various reports on excel Capturing invoices for creditors on Syspro General administration and filing Email: bramfischersaa@gmail.com
