ADMIN ASSISTANT/BOOKKEEPER – NEWCASTLE
Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 1:00 (Half day)
6 month temporary contract, with a view to permanent placement
Tasks:
- Type minutes of meetings
- Arrange items to be couriered to Head office or parts for repair
- Managing maintenance equipment stores – issues, orders and stock count, reconcile
- Stationery and cleaning materials– order and maintain stocks
- Petty cash – issue cash and do month end recon and report. Manage spending
- Match supplier documentation together for processing in Head office eg delivery note with invoices and orders. Checking details
- Purchase of office supplies, collect post, car license renewals
- Supervise cleaner
- Report and follow up on telephone and computer faults
- Assist logistics co-ordinator
- Assist with typing of Internal procedures and ensure adherence to procedures
- Collate sales documentation, suppliers invoices, salaries to be processed at Head Office
- Creditor account queries

Non smoker and must have own transport and live in Newcastle
