Admin assistant required

Well established company in Brackenfell is looking for an admin assistant to join their dynamic team in Brackenfell, Cape Town.

Job requirements:

  • Someone who is hard working and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Sector: Retail
  • Starting: Immediately
  • Minimum qualification: Matric / Grade 12
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in an admin environment
  • Must be computer literate and have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of stock control
  • Retail experience would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Ador / Arch would be advantageous
  • Own reliable transport
  • Must be punctual
  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Works well within a team and individually
  • Communicates clearly and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Handles discrepancies and inquiries calmly and politely
  • Manages time effciently
  • Demonstrates solid problem solving skills
  • General admin duties
