Admin assistant/Receptionist is needed in Bellville South.
Job responsibilities:
- Answering calls and redirecting to respective persons in a courteous manner
- Basic telephonic support and query management
- Record messages accurately
- Meet and greet visitors to the company
- Maintain a neat reception area
- Capturing and processing Orders from sales team
- Assisting on Dear Inventory with processing of orders
- Scan and email documents to Receipt Bank
- Scan and email documents to HR and Admin team
- Keeping ad hoc registers updated – Excel
- Keep daily filing up to date – Sales Order, Purchase Order, Order Confirmation, Invoices etc. (Hard copies & soft)
- Prepare courier documents
- Arrange couriers
- Arrange flights
- Arrange hotel accommodation
- Assist with trade show bookings
- Maintenance of office space management
Job requirements:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Relevant certificate /diploma will be an advantage
- Xero/Dear Inventory experience would be a very beneficial
- Experience capturing invoices, loading payments, generating reports and reconciliations would be beneficial.
- Candidate must preferably reside in the Northern Suburbs area
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Bilingual
- Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
