Admin clerk is required for the company based in Kingsborough.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Computer literacy.
- 1-2 years’ experience as an administrator.
Job responsibilities:
- Timeous handing of administrative duties.
- Timeous completion of work.
- To ensure proper placing of all orders and follow ups.
- Checking orders on arrival.
- To effectively prepare purchase requisitions and goods received note.
- To capture data on computer.
- Distribution of orders or packing in stores.
- Control stocks in stores.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
