A reputable international company operating mainly in the oil & gas, freight fowarding, shipping & transport industry seeks to employ the services of an admin/operations clerk with an accounting background.
Job responsibilities:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records
- Compile data and prepare various reports. Capturing data into Navision system.
- Reconcile records with internal company employees & management
- Resolve discrepancies
Job requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Handle confidential information in professional manner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
- Accounting analysis of major projects.
- At least 3 years experience in creditors/debtors environment
- Have a proven track record with contactable references.
