Job description
We are in need of a hardworking and mature individual to join our sales admin department as an Admin Clerk Position to provide administrative support.
Duties Include:
- General Admin
- Data System Capturing
- Updating Information Sheets Daily
- Filing
- Administer and organize all invoices and sales orders within the department
- and any other ad hoc administrator function that is associated with the position
Job Requirements:
- Must reside near Roodepoort or surrounding areas
- Previous experience in tyre industry will be highly advantageous
- Mathematically inclined
- Advanced Excel skills
- Outgoing and driven
- Must have own transport
- 5+ years Administrator experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Able to work under pressure and be very assertive
- This position offers a basic salary of between R12k and R18k depending on experience.
