Job description

We are in need of a hardworking and mature individual to join our sales admin department as an Admin Clerk Position to provide administrative support.

Duties Include:

  • General Admin
  • Data System Capturing
  • Updating Information Sheets Daily
  • Filing
  • Administer and organize all invoices and sales orders within the department
  • and any other ad hoc administrator function that is associated with the position

Job Requirements:

  • Must reside near Roodepoort or surrounding areas
  • Previous experience in tyre industry will be highly advantageous
  • Mathematically inclined
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Outgoing and driven
  • Must have own transport
  • 5+ years Administrator experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Able to work under pressure and be very assertive
  • This position offers a basic salary of between R12k and R18k depending on experience.
