- Computer literacy
- 1-2 years’ experience as an administrator
- Timeous handing of administrative duties

Job responsibilities:
- To ensure proper placing of all orders and follow ups
- Checking orders on arrival
- To effectively prepare purchase requisitions and Goods Received Note.
- To capture data on computer
- Distribution of orders or packing in stores
- Control stocks in stores
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
