Do you have a passion for customer service and administration?
We need a vibrant and well-presented Office Administrator to wow our internal and external clients with their friendly attitude and great communication skills. You will be responsible for administrative support to the offices assigned to you, as well as ensuring that all office requirements are met timeously.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration duties
Stationary and grocery management
Financial duties (updating spend sheet & budget control, obtaining quotation and invoices)
Attendance register & leave reconciliations
Minimum Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12 is essential
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
2 Years’ Experience within a reception/customer service/admin environment
Pastel Knowledge
