Responsibilities
- Reception
- Answer general phone inquiries professionally
- Greet clients/suppliers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Sorting of incoming mail/courier deliveries.
- Track stationery as per stock list /obtain quote from supplier /requesting purchase order
- Purchasing office supplies
- Travelling arranging, booking meetings for staff
- Invoicing / accruals submitted to the Finance department for processing
- Updating of travel log
- Courier assist with gaining a quote /obtain approval / booking collections
- Maintenance of office equipment
- HR Admin:
- Filing code and file documents according to established procedures:
- HR employee information
- New starter files
- Terminations
- Wellness / consolidate and prepare monthly wellness & social initiatives calendar
- Assist with social initiatives when and if required
- Submit Birthday Reminders /update birthday calendar
- Electronic filing
- Provident fund /Process withdrawal claims for wage staff when required
- Follow up /obtain outstanding documents from new appointments for wage staff
- Update Qualification database for wage staff
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Diploma / NQF6 in Office Administration or similar required
- Only candidate with No Working Experience will be considered.
- Drivers license with own vehicle is a must!
