Our company is looking for experienced admin manager/bookkeeper urgently.
Job requirements:
- Reliable admin/accounts clerk, with sound and solid understanding of accounts & Pastel.
- Must be hardworking.
- 2-4 years related experience.
- Matric + Bookkeeping Diploma preferred
- Pastel, payroll & Microsoft office
- Own transport
- Salary negotiable according to qualifications and experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Supplier invoice capturing
- Supplier reconciliations to supplier statements
- Supplier credit note capturing
- Debt collections
- Bank capturing and bank reconciliation
- Customer invoicing
- Capturing customer credit notes
- Aging of customers
- Operator timesheet capturing
- Quotations
- Monthly account summary for debtors and creditors
- Monthly income statement
- Responsible for weekly and monthly payroll duties.
- Responsible for all queries or enquires relating to payroll Understanding of payroll procedures, laws, tax and best practices Administer employee benefits such as provident fund, sick and annual leave on the relevant system.
- Any adhoc duties when required.
